Ordering tests with PentaVet is straightforward. Log in to My PentaVet, select the right analyses, enter your patient and sample details, and submit your order online.
To place an order, you need a My PentaVet account. Existing customers can log in and start a new order right away. If you are new to PentaVet, request access first and our team will help you get started.
Before collecting the sample, check the preferred sample type and any analysis-specific sampling instructions. Make sure you collect the correct material, label the sample clearly and record the collection date.
If you are unsure whether a sample is suitable, contact PentaVet before placing your order.
In some cases, other sample types may also be accepted even if they are not listed online.
Use our Test Catalogue to search by test name, animal species, breed, disease, genetic disorder, genetic trait, test method, gene,...
Add one or more analyses to your order. For each requested analysis, enter the animal and sample details, including the animal ID or name, species, collection date and who collected the sample (owner or veterinarian).
Before submitting, review the selected tests and sample details carefully. You can add any relevant notes for the laboratory.
Print the generated sample sheet after your order is placed, label each physical sample exactly with the sample number shown on the sheet, and include the printed first page with the QR code in the shipment.

You can follow your orders and analyses in Order History in My PentaVet. As your order progresses, status updates, reports and results become available in the portal.
